Нематодози

синдром.
Етиология. Причинител на ентеробиозата е острица - Enterobius vermucularis (Linnaeus, 1758) от род Enterobius, сем. Oxyurididae, клас Nematoda, тип Nemathelminthes. Тялото й е покрито с кутикула, под която има хиподерма и мускулен слой заграждащ целомна кухина. То е вретеновидно, с беловат или белезникав цвят. Дължината на женските е 9 до 12 mm х 0, 6 mm ширина, а на мъжките 3-5 mm х 0,2 mm. На предният край има 3 устни, след което следват цилиндричен хранопровод с разширение (булбус) на края и черво, завършва­що с анално отвърстие на задния край при женските, а при мъжките с клоака. Отпред кутикулата образува овални разширения т.н. везикули. Опашният край на женската е шиловидно заострен, а при мъжкия - тъповат, спираловидно вен-трално завит, снабден с две латерални криловидни пластинки и пет чифта па-пили
